Delivery
We will deliver most products (jewellery and watches) to you as soon as reasonably possible and in any event within 7 days after the day on which we accept your order. Selected items may be subject to an additional lead time with our suppliers. Where this is the case, the applicable product page will have the dispatch time noted.
DPD (UK)
Selected high value orders will be delivered by DPD (UK) and may be subject to additional security checks. As a result this may delay the dispatch of your order and we thank you in advance for your patience should this happen. Delivery made by DPD (UK) will require confirmation of an earlier DPD provided PIN and must be accepted over the threshold at the delivery address, within the advised time slot and cannot under any circumstances be delivered to an alternative destination such as with a neighbour or in a safe place.
Royal Mail
Typically, we will send goods to you using the first class service or special delivery service with Royal Mail.
Click & Collect
You can choose to collect products from any of our stores throughout the UK.
Returns
How long do I have to change my mind?
In relation to the purchase of goods (jewellery and watches), you can cancel your order at any time between the time we confirm receipt of your order and the day which falls 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the delivery of the goods. Please note that this right to cancel does not apply where either:
( a ) the products sold are personalised or bespoke to you (such as engraved items or unstocked rings which are ordered in to size); or
( b ) for health and hygiene reasons earrings / pierced jewellery cannot be returned
Please note: If a refund is issued, it will be processed excluding any original postage or shipping charges paid (where applicable).
